Special Message
to Dream Lovers and OFWs
Mabuhay and best greetings to all Dream Lovers and our hardworking OFWs.
As you are aware, we have been appointed by Dream TV as their official
representative to look after your interests, attend to all your
inquiries and assist you in making orders for new Dream TV Set-Top Boxes
and Smart Cards so that you and your family will be able to continue
watching Dream TV from wherever you are.
In the past 6 months, Dream TV had implemented a new security system
which will essentially result in better picture quality and a complete
cut-off of signals to pirated Dream TV Set-Top Boxes and Smart Cards.
After the complete switch over to the new security system, there shall
be no longer be any need to scramble and interrupt programs, thereby
allowing all authentic Dream TV subscribers to view Dream TV programs
without any interference.
We are aware that many of you have paid vasts sums of money for Set-Top
Boxes, Smart Cards and System installations and a one year subscription
to unscrupulous people who have falsely represented themselves as agents
of Dream TV. Please note that apart from us, Philippine Satellite
Corporation, Dream TV has not appointed any other agent outside
Philippines to attend to inquiries and sell its products. If you
have dealt with other people claiming to be agents of Dream TV, we wish
to state that they are essentially con-artists and dishonest.
The new Dream TV security system will be switched on very soon and you
will not be able to receive any Dream TV programs anymore unless
you buy a new Dream TV Set-Top Box and Smart Card.
Our role is to assist you to obtain the new Dream TV system as soonest
to replace your existing system so that you can continue to watch Dream
TV programs without fuss.
What happens to the money
I paid to "Unauthorized Agents"?
You will have to go back to them for a refund before it is too late.
They are obliged in law to give you a refund. If in doubt, please
consult your lawyers.
If you do not ask for your refund early, you may never get any refund
especially if you have paid to individuals who turn off their phones
every time there is a problem.
Please also note that Dream TV never sold or collected a cent from you
for your system, Dream TV will not be responsible for monies paid
for subscriptions to any
unauthorized agents.
How much do I have to
pay for the new Dream TV System?
We at Dream TV and Philippine Satellite Corporation treasure and welcome you to continue to be Dream Lovers to support Dream TV. We know that with your patronage and support, we will emerge stronger as a Satellite TV provider with more and better TV programs for our subscribers.
In proof of the above we have priced our subscriptions for residential users at US$470 per year inclusive of new Set-Top Box, Smart Card, 1 Year Subscription and shipping charges (any import tax/duties are the responsibility of the subscriber).
What are my payment
options?
You can either pay us directly by your credit card, PayPal or direct
bank deposit into our designated Bank Accounts in Philippines, Hong
Kong, Taiwan or China and send us proof of your payment by faxing it to
+852-82222433
Credit card payments can be made online, as with PayPal, and you will
have to call us at +86 400 707 9222 for bank account details to effect
payment into our accounts.
How long before I
receive my new system?
We have 10,000 Dream TV systems for early birds; others will have to
wait as delivery is on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you place an order now, you will receive your new system within
fourteen (14) days subject to availability of boxes.
You will appreciate that the manufacturing of set-top boxes and smart
cards takes approximately four (4) weeks and big monetary commitments.
So, if you do not wish to wait,
place your order NOW.
Clear instructions must be given as to where to deliver your new Dream
TV system to; it may be to your home or office or anywhere else as long
as it's not too secluded. Once delivered, all you need to do is
to
replace your existing box with the new Dream TV system and you will be
able to watch Dream TV programs.
What do I do with my old
system?
Your old system will be practically useless and will not be able to
receive any Dream TV programs once we switch over to the new security
system. We strongly advise all customers to refer to your agent
for a prompt refund for your subscriptions paid before it is too late!
You may have noticed that we have also been doing upgrading of Set-Top
Boxes and will help you reduce your cost for the new Dream TV system if
your box is of the following upgradable models:

What happened to the Live Sports
Channels?
In the past few months, many of you have enjoyed the trial
broadcast of sports programs, especially LIVE
broadcast of football matches from the English
Premier League, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga,
French League, Dutch League and Japanese League just to name a few.
